Account termination may be carried out without prior warning in cases of serious violations.
If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, ak6185 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. For terminations requested by the user, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures and is subject to a final review by the finance team.
Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to open a new account. Any attempt to circumvent an account termination using a different identity may result in legal action.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
